Why choose GOOD MUSCLE Shake?
When your objective is to build muscle tissue, your body requires 1,5g to 2g of high quality protein per pound of body weight to support healthy muscle development. The nutrient-dense, alkaline-forming nutrition found in GOOD hemp supplements is the best building material available for constructing strong muscle cells.
Protein is a crucial component for muscle repair and building, so too are essential fatty acids (Omega-3 and Omega-6), vitamins, minerals, fibre, enzymes, probiotics, antioxidants and a host of other nutritional components - all found in GOOD hemp protein.
Rich in Protein – with all the Amino Acids
Protein is necessary in our diets to build muscle mass. The Glutamine and Creatine in GOOD Muscle Shake help increase training intensity & ensure superior recovery.
Source of Omega 3 (Essential Fatty Acids)
One serving of GOOD Muscle Shake gives 49% of our recommended intake of Omega 3 (2g per day - Guidelines: European FSA). Essential Fats are required by the body to function.
Rich in Dietary Fibre
GOOD Muscle Shake is a source of dietary fibre, required for healthy digestion. Fibre also helps you feel fuller for longer, curb hunger and plays a vital role in a good balanced diet
Good Protein Digestion and Metabolism
GOOD Muscle Shake is easy to digest. It does not cause bloating. The Hemp protein in GOOD Muscle Shake contains 65% Edestin, a globular protein which is ideal for the body to metabolise. And is the highest concentration amongst all plant proteins.

5 Customer Reviews
| by Matthew Jones on 02-Aug-2012 I have to disagree with the previous review. Of the hemp shakes I've tried this one is by far the least repulsive. I can get it down in one go and after one tub I'm feeling pretty good. Recommended! by dizzle on 27-Sep-2012 | I do intensive muscle workouts in the gym (bars, free weights etc), and this product is by far the best of the bunch. Its given me an edge that i notice in both muscle progression and nutritional drive while working out. Though the taste can get some getting used to, its a small price to pay for a great product. I give this a 4/5, an essential non dairy workout supplement! by Jason Hearne on 15-Oct-2012 | by Leigh Adams on 07-Aug-2012 | I do agree about the taste. The chocolate works well, but I assume that the 'stevia'(?) makes a weird mouth feel and is very slightly nauseating.. having said that, I've just ordered some more, so it isn't 'that' bad! by Gordon Robertson on 23-May-2012 | i receieved my first 1kg tub of this product and had my first shake just now. i have to say the taste is repulsive. i read other reviews of other products which complimented the taste, but this product tastes horrible. i could only drink half of it before I jad to pour the rest away. I'm considering requesting a refund. i'm very dissappointed. |
