Thanks, Zoe by Leon Doble on 27-Apr-2012 | This gym shake is good , it blends well , tastes good especially when used with almond milk and it is very convenient as a recovery drink and a quick protein boost after a few hours strenuous climbing or mountain biking . Highly recommend it .
