'Cardio Conditioning is designed to reduce body fat and retain muscle mass at the same time. This workout can be completed in a minimum time of 20 minutes and can burn double or even the triple the calories depending on the intensity. For maximum results it is best to rest between 30-45 seconds this will increase the calorific burn and the amount of work performed. Now let me give you an example of how to execute this method of training. For example, a typical Cardio Conditioning routine consists of 3-5 exercises (12 Reps Incline Chest Press (75%RM) 30 seconds Kettlebell Swing (80%RM) straight into 10 Reps of Burpees (95%RM). The remarkable thing about this type of training is it keeps your heart rate guessing and no matter how fit you are you will never adapt to this training because it’s so versatile; at GOOD we support FitnessPlus & we sincerely believe this is the difference between success and failure'
