Really not much taste too them really so just a really good way to add extra nutrition too all kinds of dishes. I use them on Sandwiches, Roasted Vegetables and Mashes. I did prefer the old shaker style packaging but its not that bigger deal.

Best value I can find. Suggest you do large tubs of this e.g. 500g. Great sprinkled on cereal or yoghurt with fruit.

We have been eating the crushed hemp seed for the last 6 months every day
and have seen a reduction in our aches and pains. We mostly eat it mixed with banana, honey and yogurt ( I like natural goat and my husband prefers sheeps yogurt).we like the fact that it is all british hemp and not a mixture from various unnamed countries plus it is the best value one. I like the 200g pot as it fits nicely in our very small fridge door. looking forward to the arrival of this years crop. Would recommend it 100%

Great on most things but excellent sprinkled over beans on toast. Having tried most of the varieties the original gets my vote. A bigger tub could work as they don't last long!

Really simple and tasty way to add richness and nutritional value to food. I use on salads and muesli.

Would recommend you selling this in larger pot sizes as they run out very quickly when used daily!
They are great to add to almost every meal. All that extra nutrition.
I added italian herbs hemp seed to the top of a pasta back (because they don't harden until about 300'C) and they made a great healthier choice than bread crumbs.
